Open Positions

  • You will assess irrigation systems for repairs and maintenance needs.

    You will act as the hands on lead for new irrigation system installation.

    You will be responsible for ordering and maintaining an irrigation supplies inventory.

    Preference given to those who currently or have previously held an ITL, LI, or BPAT license or have previous experience maintaining, designing, or repairing irrigation systems.

  • You will assess the fertilization needs of customer properties.

    You will act as the hands on applicator of fertilizer for customer properties.

    You will be responsible for maintaining a fertilization supplies inventory.

    Preference given to those who currently or have previously held a TDA license or have fertilization experience.

  • You will be part of a 2-3 person Team responsible for maintaining a client’s outdoor property.

    Outdoor maintenance includes: mowing, weed eating, edging, blowing, pruning, and fertilization.

    Additional maintenance may include: the cleaning of beds, replanting of beds, collection of deadfall, and the gathering of leaves or other debris.

    Additional related landscaping maintenance projects should be expected.

  • You will oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed to specification and on schedule.

    You will be responsible for ordering and managing supplies and materials needed for each project.

    Additionally, you will assist with recruiting efforts for subcontractors and division Team members.

    Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience managing construction projects, working with subcontractors, and leading Teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • The role is responsible for staffing, retention, and culture building within the company.

    Key duties include recruiting, managing hiring platforms, maintaining relationships with community partners, and coordinating with division managers on hiring needs.

    For retention, the role involves tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), supporting personal development and skills training, building team relationships, and developing new retention programs.

    Additionally, the role supports company culture by organizing both annual events like the Summer Bash and Christmas Party, as well as recurring events such as Weenie Wednesdays and anniversary celebrations, along with team-building activities and appreciation efforts.
