Our origin reaches back to 1999, when Josiah Peterson let an idea get the best of him! With a heart for serving others and a desire to create beautiful landscapes at the core of the venture, Summit Landscape and Design was born! In 2012, his brother Jonathan joined him and together, with an amazing team, the company has grown into an industry leader, recognized for its exceptional Team culture and unwavering commitment to clients.

We prioritize a collaborative work environment where every Team member's ideas and contributions are valued. This culture of inclusion and respect is a key to our success. As a team, creating a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work is foundational. Our leaders can regularly be found listening and helping Team members navigate the highs and lows of life. From sharing experience on setting up a bank account, to providing pointers for buying a first home, our leaders instinctively go beyond typical management roles; investing personally in those around them.
